Connect Pipedrive to send companies and contacts from RUBINLAKE into your Pipedrive account. You need a personal API token from Pipedrive and an Enterprise plan in RUBINLAKE.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- An active Enterprise plan for your RUBINLAKE organization
- Access to a Pipedrive account where you can view or create organizations and persons
- Permission to use your personal API token in Pipedrive (see below if you do not see the API section)
Get your Pipedrive API token
- Sign in to Pipedrive.
- Click your account name in the top-right corner.
- Open Company settings.
- Go to Personal preferences → API.
- Copy your API token.
Keep this token private. Anyone with the token can access your Pipedrive data according to your permissions.
If you do not see the API section
Your Pipedrive permission set may not allow API access. Ask a Pipedrive admin to:
- Open Settings → Manage users → Permission sets
- Select your permission set
- Under Tools and setup, enable Access their own API token
Optional: Company domain
RUBINLAKE may ask for an optional Company domain. This is your Pipedrive subdomain: the part before .pipedrive.com.
For example, if you use https://acme.pipedrive.com/, enter acme.
If you are unsure, leave the field empty. RUBINLAKE can often resolve your account from the API token alone.
Connect in RUBINLAKE
- Sign in to RUBINLAKE.
- Go to Account → Integrations.
- Find Pipedrive and click Connect.
- Paste your API token.
- Optionally enter your Company domain.
- Confirm the connection.
On success, open Connection details to see the linked Pipedrive account and last verification time.
What gets sent to Pipedrive

RUBINLAKE can also send organization and person notes with additional profile context, and upload a contact profile photo when available. Contacts are linked to their employer organization when that company exists in Pipedrive or was pushed from RUBINLAKE.
Tips
- Use a token from the Pipedrive company you want to receive data in. Each user has a different token per Pipedrive company.
- If you regenerate your token in Pipedrive, reconnect in RUBINLAKE with the new token.
- Test the connection from Connection details after connecting.
