Push companies and contacts to your CRM

Send single or bulk records to Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM, understand credits, and see which fields are included.

After you connect a CRM, you can send companies and contacts from RUBINLAKE into that CRM. You can push one record at a time or many records in a bulk job.

Where to push from

Use Push to CRM (or Ins CRM senden in German) from:

  • A company action menu
  • A contact action menu
  • Bulk actions when you select multiple companies or contacts in search or lists

If a CRM is not connected yet, the menu can link you to Account → Integrations to connect it first.

Push a single record

  1. Open the company or contact you want to send.
  2. Open the action menu.
  3. Choose Push to CRM and select your connected CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM).
  4. Review the confirmation. New records use 1 credit each.
  5. Confirm to start the push.

If you already pushed this record to the same CRM, RUBINLAKE updates the existing CRM entry for free.

Push in bulk

  1. Select up to 500 companies or contacts.
  2. Open the bulk actions menu.
  3. Choose Push to CRM and select the CRM.
  4. Review the credit estimate. You are charged only for records not yet pushed to that CRM.
  5. Confirm to start the bulk job.

RUBINLAKE runs bulk pushes in the background. You see progress and a completion message when the job finishes.

Credits apply per CRM. Pushing the same RUBINLAKE record to Pipedrive and HubSpot counts as two new pushes if you have not sent it to each CRM before.

What fields are sent

RUBINLAKE maps available profile and company data to each CRM. Empty fields are skipped.

Field names in your CRM may differ. RUBINLAKE uses standard and discovered custom fields where supported.

Linking contacts to companies

When a contact’s employer company exists in RUBINLAKE and has been pushed (or already exists in your CRM), RUBINLAKE links the contact to that company record:

  • Pipedrive: person linked to organization
  • HubSpot: contact associated with company
  • Zoho: contact linked to account

Push the company first if you want the link to work on the first contact push.

Tips

  • Re-push a record after you enrich it in RUBINLAKE to refresh the CRM entry at no extra credit cost.
  • For bulk prospecting, connect your CRM before exporting large lists.
  • Check Connection details if pushes fail with an authentication error.
