RUBINLAKE CRM integrations help you move researched companies and contacts into the CRM your team already uses. Connect once per organization, then push records from search, company pages, contact pages, and lists.

What you can do

With CRM integrations, you can:

  • Connect Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to your RUBINLAKE organization
  • Push companies and contacts from RUBINLAKE into your CRM
  • Push a single record or many records at once (bulk push)
  • Update records you already sent without using additional credits

Benefits

  • Less manual data entry: send profile and company data you already found in RUBINLAKE
  • Keep your CRM current: re-push a record to update the same CRM entry
  • Work where you research: push from search results, record menus, or lists
  • One connection for your organization: admins connect once, and team members can push using that connection

How it works

CRM integrations are one-way: data flows from RUBINLAKE to your CRM. Changes made in your CRM are not imported back into RUBINLAKE.

When you push a record:

  1. RUBINLAKE creates a new company or contact in your CRM, or updates an existing one if you already pushed it before
  2. RUBINLAKE stores the link between the RUBINLAKE record and the CRM record
  3. Future pushes to the same record update the same CRM entry

The app may use the word sync in menus. In practice, this means creating or updating records in your CRM, not a two-way sync.

Supported CRMs

Not supported: deals, pipelines, activities, or inbound data from your CRM into RUBINLAKE.

Who can use it

CRM integrations are available on the Enterprise plan. If your organization is not on Enterprise, open Account → Integrations to see the upgrade notice.

Each CRM provider can be connected once per RUBINLAKE organization. The connection is shared across users in that organization.

Credits

  • 1 credit per new company or contact pushed to a CRM
  • Free updates for records you already pushed (RUBINLAKE recognizes them and updates the same CRM entry)
  • Bulk push can include up to 500 records per job; you are only charged for records not yet pushed to that CRM

Where to manage integrations

  1. Sign in to RUBINLAKE
  2. Go to Account → Integrations
  3. Connect Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  4. Use Connection details to test, reconnect, or disconnect
